Red Dresses: 4th of July Edition

June is flying by and we’re fast approaching the 4th of July. My wardrobe as of late is never lacking for blue and white, but I recently picked up this simple and oh-so-comfy red dress that’s perfect for the occasion. I love dresses that feel versatile enough to wear dressed up with heels and fun earrings or dressed down with sandals (or bare feet) to a daytime BBQ and this dress fits the bill. I also love that this is something I can wear again and again without feeling like it’s something I purchased just for the holiday.

We have no set plans yet, but hoping we’ll spot some fireworks from wherever we end up going since last year we didn’t get to see any. This dress was a Marshall’s find so I’m not able to link it, but it reminds me a lot of this Nordstrom dress I have in blush.
