Advent Calendar Activity and Gift Ideas
I’m a new step mom, but I’ve always loved to get crafty, create traditions and find more ways to celebrate the holidays. Last year, I got this adorable advent calendar from HomeGoods (unfortunately I can’t link to it but found the same one here) with tiny wooden drawers for each day in December. I decided it would be so much fun to fill each drawer (or at least the ones fo the days where we have Olivia at our house) with a little note naming either an activity, craft or small gift on it for Olivia to open up as a personalized advent calendar. The gifts are small and so are many of the activities, but it’s something I look forward to and hope to keep up for the years to come.

Build a snowman (if you live somewhere snowy or are visiting – we’re going to Lake Tahoe this year and are hoping there will be enough snow!)
